I am Coming from Hawaii, I was a bit skeptical about trying sushi elsewhere but this place exceeded my expectations. Easily one of the best sushi spots I’ve been to, and I travel the world. Felicia provided excellent customer service she was attentive, welcoming, and made the experience even better.

Went there for lunch. We ordered chicken and steak and the chef gave our chicken to people who didn't even order chicken. The 2 kids meals next to us ordered steak. Somehow he gave them some of our chicken. Then said sorry but didn't give us more chicken to make up for our plate. He just brushed it off with a sorry. I paid additional for chicken and steak hibachi not for steak with 4 pieces of chicken. What a rip off! I would not recommend going to this place. They charge 18% tip and the waitress asked for more when they got $28 off my bill and put sushi in front of my child that I told them has a seafood allergy. That's not good service, they were careless and rushing to serve us with an attitude. We arrived at 1:40pm and they close at 3pm there was more than enough time to provide better service and pay attention to detail.

Went for my birthday July 9th with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. They seated us brought water over quickly. Took about 15 mins for someone to come take our order. We ordered a fry rice to come quickly because my granddaughter was hungry. That came quickly. We out in our drinks order, came half hour after, mine was not right, coconut margarita, the coconut taste was not there. It was very sour. Ask to get it fixed, did not make a difference. My daughter ordered the same drink and hers was good. We ordered sushi for appetizers. About 45 mins in we got our food and still no apps. Came after our main course, we send it back. It was four of us at the table only 3 sets of cutlery. To top it off we were given plastic spoons to eat our desserts, which was fried ice cream and cheese cake. Picture digging into fried ice cream with a plastic spoon. Server was no where to be seen to get proper cutlery. This was the worst birthday dinner experience.

Let me tell you about my experience at Kashi Restaurant…because wow! We were almost seated all the way in the back by the kitchen — and I shut that down immediately. We ended up in a booth by the bar, which was much better. Our server, Felicia, was actually great. Attentive, kind, and helpful — especially since it was my son’s first time trying sushi. She recommended the “Sex on the Beach” roll ($19). Unfortunately, he didn’t like it (which happens, especially for a first-timer), so we asked if we could switch to the Angry Dragon Roll instead. Let me be very clear — we never said we wouldn’t pay for the first roll. Enter the manager, John. Not to check on us. Not to ask how things were going. Not to offer a solution. He came over just to say, “We can’t take it back because it’s too expensive,” dropped the plate back on the table, and walked away. No professionalism. No courtesy. No customer care. It wasn’t even about the $19 — it was about the complete lack of respect and basic manners. That interaction alone ruined the entire experience. My son literally asked me not to go off… so I didn’t. But let this speak for me instead: If you’re going to treat customers like an inconvenience over $20, you might want to rethink your hospitality. Kashi is my go to for lunch. All of the lunch specials are so reasonably priced and the fish is fresh/ melts in your mouth. Ive never had a bad experience here with the 5+ times ive been. Service and food consistently a 10/10
